Dr. Wasana Bandara

Dr Wasana Bandara is a tenured Senior Lecturer in Business Process Management Discipline at the School of Information Systems, Queensland University of Technology. Her discipline based research areas are in Human-Centric Business Process Management (BPM), BPM and Information Systems in emerging economies, enterprise-level BPM and process improvement. She also has a strong interest on methodological research and the scholarship of higher education teaching/ training practices in BPM and IS. She has published over 90 refereed articles in leading IS and BPM outlets and has received institutional, national and international awards in recognition for her academic excellence for both research and teaching.
